What kinds of events do you cater to?
We show up wherever good people gather. Weddings, corporate offsites, brand activations, birthday celebrations, market pop-ups, office appreciation days — if yuh want great coffee at your event, CartSocial will be there. No event is too large or too intimate for us to make it special.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least two weeks before your event to secure your date, especially for weekends and peak season. For larger corporate events or custom packages, a month's notice gives us the best runway to get everything right. That said, if you have something coming up soon, send us a message — we'll always try to make it work.
What's included in a CartSocial booking?
Every booking includes our fully equipped mobile cart, a professional barista, premium specialty coffee, and your choice of milk options including dairy-free alternatives. Depending on your package, you'll also get a curated drink menu, branded cups, and house-made syrups. Everything arrives set up and ready — all you have to do is enjoy the vibe.
Can I customise the menu for my event?
Absolutely. From signature drinks built around your event's theme to seasonal specials and non-coffee options for guests who don't take espresso, we'll work with you to design a menu that fits your crowd. Our baristas know coffee inside out, so if you have an idea, bring it — we love a creative brief.
Do you serve across Trinidad and Tobago?
We're based in Trinidad and travel islandwide for events. For Tobago bookings, reach out directly and we'll sort the details — we're always up for taking CartSocial somewhere new. Travel fees may apply depending on location and event size.
How much space does the cart need at my venue?
The cart typically needs a footprint of about 6 by 4 feet plus a small buffer for the barista to work comfortably. We're self-contained and don't require a dedicated power source for most setups, but for longer events we may need access to an outlet. When you book with us, we'll confirm all logistics in advance so there are no surprises on the day.
